Osteopathy is a way of detecting, treating and preventing health problems by moving, stretching and massaging a person’s muscles and joints.
Osteopathy is based on the principle that the wellbeing of an individual depends on their bones, muscles, ligaments and connective tissue functioning smoothly together.
Our resident Osteopath (the only in Magor & Undy) uses the Wellbeing Studio as her home to provide these services, you can book directly with her here

psychological therapies
Julie Dobson has over 30 years experience as a Psychological Therapist and registered Mental Health Nurse and uses the Studio to create a safe space for you to understand your emotional patterns and build a toolkit of coping strategies. Helping you to reconnect with your sense of self and prioritise your own needs, Julie works with clients 1-1 and holds local anxiety support groups in the area.
