Reflexology is a non-intrusive, natural and holistic therapy based on the discovery that there are “refllex” points on the hands and feet that have a corresponding relationship with different areas of the body. Reflexologists work with these “reflex” points during a treatment using different pressure and massage techniques.

With ever increasing stress levels in our day to day lives, it’s important to recognise the detrimental effects stress can have on our wellbeing. Many clients are now taking action to address their stress levels and reflexology is a wonderful and enjoyable way to relax and ease tension from the fast-paced, modern way of life.

Reflexology induces a state of relaxation. Deep relaxation and a reduction in stress can bring an improved sense of wellbeing, alongside many other health-promoting benefits but this is on an individual basis.

"Can not rate Holly enough. I was in agony suffering with SPD/pelvic girdle pain to the point of struggling to walk and reduced to tears daily. After only a few sessions the reduction in pain is amazing, I can even walk normally again without winching with pain. Even if your sceptical about alternative therapies reflexology itself is so lovely and relaxing, helped by the fact that holly makes you feel so well come and at ease."
